Shultz players all have the same big issue: The initiation of the grab skill (2) is waaaay too long, could it be shortened by 50% atleast? It's crazy how many grabs are missed because of this.
Practiced with a few Schultz players and with all other classes, even at max Level 4 of the skill the animation of the skill's initiation is too long to be effective in combat.
Truly the only time the grab skill works efficiently is if the oponent isnt mobile.
My suggestion is for the start of the skill to be sped up, even if it means shortening the length of time you can hold the enemy in the grab, if the skill takes forever to initiate it's pretty much pointless to prioritize using it in heated situations.
