First off, we want to thank all our players for the support and passion you’ve shown us.
In order to provide you with a better gaming experience, Shadow Arena has performed a regularly scheduled maintenance every Thursday of each week.
However, we want to be able to more actively implement your feedback as quickly as possible during this Early Access period, so we will be performing maintenances without a fixed schedule at the least impactful times available.
As a result, we will be performing “irregular” maintenances instead of “regular” or “temporary” maintenances from now on during the Early Access period.
We plan to announce maintenance dates and times as soon as they are finalized, and we will provide the same compensation for unregular maintenances that we provided for temporary maintenances.
We hope to provide you with the best service possible, and we ask for your help in creating and developing a better game together.
